From everyone at NeNe's Systems, thank you for using NeNe's! We built this platform to help you manage your retail business efficiently. Because we serve many customers, we need these Terms of Service to ensure smooth operations for everyone.
When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us", we refer to NeNe's Systems. When we say "Services", we mean NeNe's POS & Inventory Management System, delivered via web browser, mobile app, or any other format.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot be liable for any loss from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts must be registered by humans only - automated registrations are not permitted.
For paid plans with free trials, the trial length is clearly stated at signup. After the trial, you must pay in advance to continue using the Service. Unpaid accounts will be frozen until payment is made. If frozen for an extended period, accounts may be auto-cancelled.
Plan upgrades are charged immediately and billing starts on the upgrade date. All fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for unless we are required to collect them on behalf of tax authorities.
You can cancel your account anytime through your account settings. Email or phone cancellation requests are not automatic. Contact hilarymwendia23@gmail.com for assistance.
Upon cancellation, your data becomes immediately inaccessible. Within 30 days, all content is permanently deleted from active systems. Within 60 days, all backups are permanently deleted. This data cannot be recovered.
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, cancellation is immediate with no prorated refunds. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason at any time.
We commit to supporting our Services long-term. However, we may modify or discontinue features with or without notice. We may also change pricing for existing customers with at least 30 days notice via email.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We take uptime seriously and implement multiple security measures including backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for all data transmission.
We access your data only to: (1) help with support requests with your consent, (2) fix automated errors when necessary, (3) safeguard our systems, or (4) comply with Kenyan legal requirements.
All content must comply with Kenyan copyright law. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content - all materials you upload remain yours. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content available via the Service.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from: (i) use or inability to use the Services; (ii) cost of substitute services; (iii) unauthorized access to your data; (iv) third party conduct; or (v) any other matter relating to the Services.
In other words: using our Services means you're placing trust in us. We work hard to earn that trust through careful business management, security investments, and genuine care. If things don't work out, that's on you, not us.
